We'll check in on your progress and make any necessary changes to the treatment plan. If a structured program or package is not for you, no problem. We are happy to meet with you one-to-one. You are welcome to book appointments one at a time as needed. We know you're busy.

Our first meeting may include a comprehensive health assessment; dietary analysis; functional testing where appropriate; and prescription supplements if required.

As with our Initial Consultation, Follow Up appointments can be booked as needed. 

We will discuss the progress you've made since the last appointment;   

Assess your initial treatment plan & adjust where necessary; Discuss test results where applicable; Discuss dietary modifications; Plan ongoing support.
